Remodeling Trends for 2018
So what will be IN next year?
Colorful Kitchens: White or gray minimalistic kitchens are still beautiful. But colorful kitchens will be in! We will be seeing a lot of colorful cabinets, sinks, faucets and even appliances. So if you are a colorful person, this is your time to shine.
Brass: Your kitchen, bathroom, or any other room in your home could be looking like gold. You can incorporate this trend into your home by adding brass faucets or door handles. It will give your home a bit of that luxury feel.
Sinks: Darker color sinks are in. No more white or stainless. Houzz predicts that sinks made out of stone, copper, concrete, and granite are going to be more popular in 2018.
Two-Tone Cabinets: Since colorful design will be in, we will see more color combinations. A good combination is navy and blue, in fact, navy seems to be the #1 color for cabinets in 2018.
Unique Tile Designs: Again, this seems to be a rejection of all the white and grey we have been seeing the past few years. White tile is out, and fun, colorful patterns are in.
